Bel Monte Training Runs

February 25th
When: 8am

Where: Meet at White Rock Gap, mile 18.5 on the Blue Ridge Parkway.  Park on the gravel parking area.
Details: We will run the portion of the course from White Rock Gap, to Torry Ridge, Mill Creek, Bald Mountain and back to White Rock on the Slacks trail.
RUN information: Please bring enough fluids and food for 5 hours.  We will try to set some water along the course, but you should plan on being independent. Check on the weather before the run and plan accordingly
RIDE Information: please bring a standard repair kit and enough food and water for about 3 hours. Check on the weather before the run and plan accordingly
BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY CLOSURE: If the Blue Ridge Parkway is closed for weather, the alternative meeting location will be Royal Oaks Resort.  Click HERE for directions.  Click HERE to check on the Parkway closures.

March 10th
When: 8am
Where: Meet at the Bald Mountain Overlook, at milepost 22.1 on the Blue Ridge Parkway
Details: We will run the portion of the course from Bald Mountain to Kennedy Trail, to Coal Road to Stony Trail and back to Bald Mountain.
